Challenge

60% of Generation Z (individuals born between 1997-2012) says the job application should take less than 15 minutes, and many employers want to screen out the applications quickly, so they can utilize time in a screening process after the initial application is submitted.

Goal

Streamline the recruitment process for in house talent acquisition teams, recruiters, and applicants. Increase engagement for applicants and allow recruiters more time to focus on screening processes.

Solution

JobConnect is a mobile application that streamline job matching and job application process. It matches job applicants and recruiters faster and easier with a precise quality search results. The app also focuses on user engagements and users' experiences that help them build personal connections with future employers.

My Role
